Portola Hills is a census-designated place in Orange County, California. There is a variety of real estate and residents enjoy many luxury amenities.
Portola Hills was developed during the late 1980s and early 1990s. It was named after Spanish explorer Gaspar de Portola who traveled through here in 1769. There are 14 tracts located on 348.8 acres with 2,181 homes. You’ll find a variety of single and multi-family homes including townhouses, condos, detached homes, and semi-detached houses.
The Canyon View and Canyon View West condo tract has 225 units all together with one, and two bedroom floor plans that range from 644 to 1,028 square feet. There are three townhome tracts; Bella Palermo, Montecido, and Canyon Rim. There are 657 units between them with floor plans that feature two and three bedrooms and 940 to 1,278 square feet.
Serenado and Sycamore Ridge are the semi-detached tracts with 378 units. These feature two to three bedrooms and 1,129 to 1,891 square feet. There are seven detached tracts; Alderwood, J.M Peters Portola, Antiqua, Crown Pointe, Live Oak Estates, Portola Hills Estates, and Crestmont. These combine for a total of 921 homes and feature three to six bedrooms with up to 3,584 square feet.
